A building that’s stood for nearly a century is now officially the new home of Freeport’s City Hall. Renovations are now complete and staff is ready to move into the Carnegie Library in Freeport. Workers began renovating the building nearly nine months ago after the old city hall building was condemned due to structural concerns.
